By using any service provided by VeeWayne International, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance.
VeeWayne International provides courier and logistics services including but not limited to:
International package shipping
Air freight services
Package handling and storage
Online shopping assistance (where applicable)
Pickup and package collection services
Third-party courier coordination where necessary
VeeWayne International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at its discretion without prior notice.
VeeWayne International ships packages three (3) times per week. Shipping schedules are estimated and are not guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to:
Customs processing
Weather conditions
Airline or carrier delays
Government inspections
Circumstances beyond our control
VeeWayne International is not responsible for delays caused by third parties.

Packages over 10 lb attract an additional JMD $500 per pound.
All package weights are rounded up at 0.5 lb.
Packages over 30 lb attract a JMD $300 processing fee.
Packages valued over USD $100 may attract customs duties and taxes.
All fees must be paid in full before packages are released.
All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.
VeeWayne International assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delays, or errors associated with shipments.
Responsibility begins when the package is received by VeeWayne International and ends once the package is delivered or handed over to third-party carriers or customs authorities.
VeeWayne International is not responsible for:
Vendor or supplier errors
Incorrect shipping information provided by customers
Packages lost before reaching our facility
Delays caused by customs or third parties
Damages caused by poor packaging
Seizure of prohibited or restricted items
Fragile items including but not limited to electronics, glass items, liquids, cosmetics, and breakable goods are shipped entirely at the owner’s risk.
VeeWayne International is not responsible for damages caused by inadequate packaging from vendors, suppliers, or customers.
Customers are encouraged to request additional protective packaging where necessary.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all shipped items comply with Jamaican and international laws.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to:
Illegal drugs or controlled substances
Firearms and ammunition
Explosives or hazardous materials
Flammable substances
Counterfeit goods
Pornographic materials
Live animals
Perishable foods
Cash or negotiable instruments
Any prohibited item may be confiscated or surrendered to authorities without refund.
VeeWayne International assumes no liability for penalties, confiscations, or legal consequences resulting from prohibited shipments.
Packages valued over USD $100 may attract customs duties, taxes, or additional government fees.
Customers are solely responsible for all customs charges and declarations.
VeeWayne International is not responsible for customs delays, inspections, seizures, or penalties.
Accepted payment methods may include:
Cash
Bank transfer
Online payment methods
All balances must be cleared before packages are released.
Payments are non-refundable once shipment processing has begun.
Packages not collected within twenty-one (21) days after customer notification will attract a storage fee of JMD $200.
Packages left uncollected for extended periods may be disposed of, donated, or auctioned to recover outstanding fees.
Customers remain responsible for all unpaid balances.
Customers receive JMD $150 for every successful referral.
New customers receive their first 1 lb free once the package weighs at least 3 lb or more.
Customers earn 1 point for every JMD $1 spent.
1,000 points = JMD $10 reward value.
VeeWayne International reserves the right to modify or discontinue reward programs at any time.
All complaints or claims must be submitted within 48 hours of package receipt or customer notification.
Supporting evidence including invoices, photographs, and tracking information may be requested.
WhatsApp conversations alone do not constitute an official claim.
Service cancellations must be requested before shipment processing begins.
Once a package has entered the shipping process, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
VeeWayne International reserves the right to cancel services at its discretion.
VeeWayne International reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Updated terms become effective immediately upon publication.
These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete agreement between VeeWayne International and the customer regarding the use of our services.
By using our services, customers acknowledge that they fully understand and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
